  • Hey Moefro777, great work here my friend. I have been struggling in developing my presses from straddle L and L-sit. What are some methods that worked for you in developing them? Would love to hear them.

  • is that a graveyard??

  • Pretty incredible bro....very, very impressive.

  • Wonderful set of vids. Great tunes on all that I've seen so far.

  • how the fuck do you teach that ????

  • amazing!

  • great work. how old are you?

  • @driver6969 I am 19 years old

  • @moefro777 sorry, but i really need to know, how the thing is called, your balancing on, and where i can buy it... your doing a great job^^

  • (moefro777) really good job with this trianing!

  • What is the name of the music in this video?

  • @OgodeiKhan1 The song is "Hidden Sky" by Jami Sieber on her album also named hidden sky.

  • Love it moefro! you have improved a lot! I love the music, and particularly your high v-sit. I am suprised that considering your obvious strength, your planches are not better than they are (Maybe they are and your just not demonstrating them in this video) You have pretty much nailed your one handed handstands and it looks great. Look forward to more videos. By the way do you know anywhere relatively cheap where you can buy handbalancing apparatus (like the one you used) online?

  • Inspirational man... wow. I am going down the same path as you and aspire to be as good one day!

  • Now that is real strength and total control! Very very good keep it going.

  • @iUkuwoele real strength?

  • wow!, hats off, that's amazing

  • Simply incredible!

  • Very inspiring progress! Do you train every day through the program? For how long per day?

  • @jfinch10 I usually trained 5 or so days a week, probably 20 ish hours total per week, not all of that on handbalancing.

  • Great and inspiring work! You've mentioned that your straddle and pike flexibility is not as good as you would want it to be, but you DEFINITELY have great back flexibility!!

  • @biomieg Thanks :)

  • Buttcheeks of steel!?!?!?

  • Dude, this is SO inspiring to me as a junior, junior handbalancer...great form!

  • Nice, great control. Are you training in the graveyard? thats original.

  • @vinceconditioning Yup :) the studio I train at was closed and a big open field in a graveyard seemed like the next best place.

  • Nice progress over 9 months! I wish I had the opportunity to go to a training center, not to do this for a living but just to satisfy my obsession =) I just started working the over arching/backbend handstands a few weeks ago and love working them!

  • very good flexibility and strength! good job!

  • Very impressive indeed. I dare say that there might be some local community theatre groups who you might want to consider speaking to

  • Awesome work man, your alignment is really good. Looks like u've progressed a lot.

    Well done!
