if you had cleand the jare alittle just so the condinsation was gone it would be better to see the whole thing. but the spider looks more likr the gaarden spider anywayse good job.
Interesting. I think the first jumper I have now ate hers but her nest is just so thick with web I can't tell for sure. Guess I'll find out later. :-)
Not sure. I've just collected a lot of different bugs over my life. My favorite insect pets were a longhorn beetle and a Jerusalem cricket - but my mom got freaked out by those.
fighting spiders can. click on my name and see the website i posted..it is a forum where fighting spiders are discussed along with a bit of other jumpers. near the latest pages u can also maybe get hook up with kopao who lives in singapore too
kopao? pai sei i have nvr heard of that word b4 ^^; and nt alot of kids here actully play that sport here. but it look rather fun though. i dun think i can find any fighters in my neighbour hood xD
the eggs didn't make it, because of the exposed environment, the mom ate the eggs soon after they were laid. Before laying the mom's belly was really fat
!!! that is very sad... I heard of hamsters killing its babies because people touched the babies. I once caught a big milky spider (not a jumper) and it laid a ball of yellow eggs and had it suspened in midair with webs; it ate half the eggs because I didn't feed it anything for a very long time and ate the rest of the eggs because I still didn't feed it anything.
btw, pregnant spiders have a big belly because of the eggs inside i think, so I feed lots of juicy bugs (and sugar droplets if it's winter and food is scarce) because she just gave birth!
I just visited your forum... do you breed jumpers for fights? like, as in illegal cock fighting? I was a fan of your jumper vids, but now I don't know if I hate you or not...

Why is the spider a clear color? Was the container stickey on the outside?

what's up with all the moisture? the eggs are gonna rot. and look at the jumper's belly! you should feed it a couple of greenbottle flies.
