Coalition forces in Iraq were fighting a mixture of insurgents composed mainly of Iraqi Nationalists, Ba'athists, Salafi Islamists, Shi'a Militias and foreign Islamist volunteers often linked to al-Qaeda. There have been a couple of reports of possible Taliban or Taliban like groups in Iraq but never proven. Also the US reported it had completed pulling out it's troops in December 2011 so you're not really fighting anyone there any more let alone the Taliban

Afghanistan was invaded because the Taliban government refused to hand over Osama bin Laden who was the founder of the terrorist group al-Qaeda who were responsible for 9/11.
The fact that you have so little knowledge of the conflicts your country is or has been engaged in would suggest that you should avoid posting comments about such a topic. The fact that you have fought this argument so strongly for days and still not checked the facts is just embarrassing.
