i liked Leech because it was small and sleek but obviously like you said it has some small flaws.

I tried Folx ones, didn't like it, cant remember why.

I like leech for the same reasons as you, but with Speed Download Lite you can hide all the ugly buttons at the top, I don't use them anyway. One issue i did have with it was using it with Hotfile, not sure if that issue has been fixed in an update though.

I believe so, you would need a paid account with megaupload though, also make sure to change your settings at megaupload to DIRECT DOWNLOAD. But to make sure try the trial version of Speed Download Lite.

Hey dude, just had a question about the full version you might be able to help me with. I just end up downloading the url links and not the full rar file whenever i use SD to get movies etc. with tons of links. Any idea what i could be doing wrong? I've got a premium account with RS and have entered my password details into the RS section in SD pref. Any ideas? Cheers. Nice vid byw; useful and easy to follow.

Possible reason are for unsuccessful downloads:

- could be dead links

- Try changing the urls so then don't finish in .html

-If you clean your cookies in your web browser you'll need to log back into rapishare

but more and likely you need to change some settings on rapdishare, go to my channel, and search for rapidshare tips, and watch that video, where I talk about rapidshare account settings.

i have got speed download 5.2.6 but when i download rapidshare files i always have to input my account id and psw. can you tell where i can save these credentials cos its a bit boring each time i need to download i need to authenticate

I actually have this app. It doesn't seem to work with free RapidShare account either. I am thinking it is because I need to pay for the premium account which I'd rather not do as I only need to download one single app from RapidShare.

Just manually downloading each file is your best option I'd say then.
