But the inexperiance act of the car following the bus is not right but STUPID act only. now a days buses the volvos and merc stops abruptly. Following buses with multi axle is also a BIG STUPIDITY. Multi axile buses can jumps asshole as if they are not in existence.

This is my fav Thrissur - Calicut route which I had the pleasure of traveling during my 4 year study at NIT. Accidents do happen, but the drivers are very skilled in that, given the risk they take in every overtake accident rate is far far less. If this looks dangerous try Kunnamkulam - Thrissur stretch btw 4 pm to 7 pm. It is literally heart stopping to see these long distance buses race along irrespective of oncoming traffic and manage the 23km trip in 25 mins
