the reason why your monster spawner thing doesn't work is because your on peaceful mode, press esc when your playing then options then click the thing that says peaceful then you can go on peaceful or easy or normal or hard, you choose

i dont think you knw the meaning of "floating" or "city"

it isnt floating if i has 2-3 giant pilars coming ou of it touching the ocean floor thats like saying oil rigs are floating (granted some are semi floating)

also a 4x4 house could be a city a city isnt measured in size its measuered in population and your house only has a population of one making it just a house not a city :P
