  • @adventurocity Are those traditionally taiwanese instruments or did they originate elswhere?

  • I think they share the similarities with South East Asian tribes, Polynesian, and Ainu people of Japan

  • @huhujustforwatch that's because the original people of taiwan travelled through south east asia (like the phillipines, indonesia etc.), micronesia (papua new guinea etc.), melanesia (fiji etc.) & last but not least polynesia (samoa, tonga, hawai'i, new zealand etc.) hence the cultural/physical similarities these ethnic groups have in common the main thing is that we all speak austronesian, austronesian speaking people started in taiwan n ended in polynesia =]

  • very nice performane. i appreciate the muscles in your arms as u strike the wood

  • haha, I've been to that hotel, and I've also got that t shirt. It's great there, very pretty (:

  • Hello adventurocity, what are the names of the instruments being played here please? And thanks for posting! Very good job they did.

  • @lovemybeau Thank you. I'm glad you liked the performance. I am afraid I do not know the Truku names for the instruments. In English, the first is a xylophone and the second is a mouth harp.

  • @adventurocity Thank you! It is nice they carry on culture.
