Einstein's theory of relativity show us that time is, in fact, flexible, and something like a direction would be fixed. I'd compare time to something like a constantly moving elevator that will continue in the same direction (relative to the observer) until otherwise hindered. The fabric of space time is far more complex than THAT even, but better that calling it one far too simple thing.
Time can't be as simply explained as a dimension or a direction. It's more of a semi-dimension. It behaves much like a different dimension, but is actually a sort of flexible, amorphous thing of stuff. You can't categorize it as a direction because it isn't that fixed.

P2: The attributes of the first three dimension like detailed in your vids are length, width and depth. All three are measures. Now the problem is that we take time as a forth dimension, that is a unit of measure much similar to Length width and depth. This is wrong. But let us assume it was true...
P1: The problem with the string theory and the 10th Dimension idea is the following: We built our understanding of the 10 dimensions starting from the 4th Dimension, that being time. The way we defined the 4th dimension having the same characteristics of the first three is where we fell in error.
We can all use "time" as a direction in the fourth spatial dimension to time travel right now. I can time travel to one week from now... but it will take me one week to get there. If I could "fold" time through the fifth dimension, though, then I would be able to instantaneously jump to one week from now. That's the basic ideas behind wormholes, they would allow you to jump from one point in our probability space to another.
Theoretically there are an infinite number of dimensions. Basically because they are just plains of perception that we make up due to our fixed idea of what normal perception is. Basically this means that dimensions aren't physical realities but rather constructed by ideas.

i'm not claiming to know anything about it. I just simply don't understand the validity of the concept of a "wormhole" when the whole thing is completely theoretical. It just seems too science fiction to me and I don't think we should assume that they exist when there is no substantial evidence proving it.
If there is evidence please point me in the right direction and I'd be happy to check it out.
Notice how Einstein's theory of relativity is still, well, a THEORY? It isn't really possible to prove that a theory is true, we can only prove that it is not true. So we develop a theory, and as long as it can be relied upon to make predictions, it is a useful theory. But just because a theory gets it right a million times in a row, we can't say for sure that it will get it right the next time. Sure, the sun has always risen before, but it's still possible that tomorrow it won't.
I see your point but we can witness the sun rising every morning and we have physical data that the sun exists and that the earth rotates on an axis, etc. We don't, however, have any proof that wormholes exist. I could say that our universe is just a molecule in an even bigger universe, but i really have no real proof or any logical reason to believe that statement just because I can't prove it wrong. There are scientific facts that give weight to some scientific theories, but none for wormholes

No it hasn't. It is hypothetical matter that has never been physically detected. The only reason some scientists think it exists is because the effects of gravity "infer" it to be real.
That doesn't sound like scientific proof to me. I believe that discovering dark matter as a physical thing is one of the goals of CERN.

Everett's Many Worlds Interpretation of quantum mechanics tells is that if someone could invent wormhole technologies (something that physicists like Michio Kaku and Brian Greene say is not impossible, but will take a great amount of energy to achieve), then it should be possible to use a wormhole to "fold" the fourth dimension and go to another part of our spacetime continuum.
But once you get there, you would create a new continuum, a new set of branching possibilities, and that's why I insist that we need the fifth dimension - because there's only room for one "line", one spacetime continuum at a time, within the fourth dimension.
Taking in that string theory is a fact, then folding through difrent dimensions is possible by making them "vibrate" diffrently. Hopefully string theory can be proven and munipulated. The posibilities of the work being done right now is amazing almost the posibilities of our minds, unlike what most people would think to make this possible is a huge amount of energy involved, instead a machine using "strings" could make any possibility happen.

We're not being viewed from a "higher" dimension. In fact all dimensions are parallel in their realms of existence. Organisms can only truely exist in the 3rd dimension. So unless they've developed some form of seventh dimensional viewing device, then yes perhaps. However, this is infinitely improbable really.

If we're talking all possible outcomes, those don't include any "infinitely improbable" outcomes. In other words, disregarding the idea that physical laws actually change at a higher dimension (I think?), all these potential universes would still be governed by physics as we know it.
heres a question, and i mean it, if a tree falls when no ones there does it make a sound? i mean do certain particles react to certain masses or densities of human matter, which absorbs the sound waves converting the energy that would have made sound into something else......
its actually a question about psychology not physics. since no one is hearing it, and we all know sound through our hearing, then the sound can't exist because no one was there to prove it.

Although we would never be able to "see" this h.dimensions, it is not pointless for us to understand them.
Think of the 2 dimensional "Flatland". If we take this imaginary world and we make a little fold in their universe (like folding a piece of paper) they would never "see" that their univ. is bent in a 3rd dimension (up), BUT they would feel the effects of it (gravity!).

While the videos are interesting to watch and imagine the possibilities of what it would be like. The fact of the matter is we'll never know for sure about any other dimension other then third dimension in which we are currently in, the here and now. We live ( most of us grown old ) unless we tragically die young, and when we die we cease to exist an thats it. How will we ever know for sure about any of these possibilities of other dimensions and even then what good does it do?
Well, you would be surprised. Imagine if there were alien beings that visited us. From what star? The closest star is at least 3 light years away, so if an alien were to visit us they would know how to fold the 3rd dimension..

Yep, highly unlikely. "Folding" space-time to get to the other side of the wall sidesteps the issue entirely, because you wouldn't go "through" the wall, you'd go "around" the wall using an additional dimension.

The one thing I would disagree on is the idea that time happens to be in a category of its own. It seems if you were to take n dimensions of space, n+1 would always be equivalent to time such that it is a dimension like any other, except that it is only possible to observe one state or point at a time. The same holds true for the 3rd dimension relative to the 2nd, the 2nd to 1st, and the 1st to the 0th.
Exactly! I've been saying the same thing here. Since we're 3D creatures, "time" is just one of the two possible directions in the fourth dimension. For a 2D flatlander, "time" would be a direction in the 3rd dimension and so on. Yes, scientists like Stephen Hawking and Kip Thorne have done serious studies of the possibilities of using wormholes for instantaneous travel through time and space. The consensus is that it's theoretically possible but would take huge amounts of energy to achieve.

This kind of stuff seems to be impossible for humans to perceive all of it. I think that even perceiving infinity fully would drive all humans insane. It must be impossible for anything to just keep going, with no end. Through the trillions of trillions of trillions of years of repetition, isn't there going to be some point where you MUST stop? another problem at the garage in with the entry bays, we seem to attract all the garbage and leaves in the area only around the entry bays and exit bays are clean. i thought thisto be strange so i switched bays for a week and what do you know. the leaves move over to the entry bays. the exit bays are clean once again
uhh...a car driving in brings wind, blowing all the exterior crap in the garage, when the car drives out, the wind it makes blows stuff out, and since i assume your garage is clean inside, clean wind is pushing the crap and leaves out of the exterior of the exit making a clean perimeter so the natural wind has to push further to reach the inside, thus leaving it clean?
my next project is how this time flux is relative to the opening and closing of the wormholes. as a convience we leave the gate ways open 2 in and 2 out at all times. it looks like this causes more time distortions. by closing the gate after every use might bring some stability back. I have compared times with customer waiting out side and the infomation is shocking the amount of missingtime in minutes not seconds, so i started sorting big cars and little cars. there is also a difference in time between little and big cars. 300 people cant be wrong and i have all the data to prove it.
the main complaint was WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG to get my car? so in the soft ware we installed i timer. it measures time from the start of the job(is when type in your pin #) to the compleation of the job where your car arrives in the exit bay. This time is saved into a filling system.
i have over 50 digital clocks running in different locations, where time seems to be different in any giving location, im still working the numbers but, the info is pointing to the difference in the size of the car has to do with the dime dialation.
i have been working at the wormhole garage for 3 years. since its reopening and on my spare time i have ongoing experments about time and space and the infomation is shocking at the very least.
lets take your laptop or home pc as an example. there is a option on most pc's that allow the user to copy and paste. now lets open 3 different pages this allows me to copy from any page and paste into any other this cliped object is now traveling though time and space.

As it says in the original animation, the word that corresponds to length width and depth is duration. The now-proven Poincare conjecture suggests that we are a 3D sphere moving on a 4D hypersphere, and in fact that logic applies to each additional dimension, as each new one enfolds all the possibilities contained within the previous one.
You're absolutely right, we do not have words in our language for what the "measure" of a sixth dimensional shape would be, but it exists nonetheless.

We can all use "time" as a direction in the fourth spatial dimension to time travel right now. I can time travel to one week from now... but it will take me one week to get there. If I could "fold" time through the fifth dimension, though, then I would be able to instantaneously jump to one week from now. That's the basic ideas behind wormholes, they would allow you to jump from one point in our probability space to another.

Theoretically there are an infinite number of dimensions. Basically because they are just plains of perception that we make up due to our fixed idea of what normal perception is. Basically this means that dimensions aren't physical realities but rather constructed by ideas.

i'm not claiming to know anything about it. I just simply don't understand the validity of the concept of a "wormhole" when the whole thing is completely theoretical. It just seems too science fiction to me and I don't think we should assume that they exist when there is no substantial evidence proving it.

Notice how Einstein's theory of relativity is still, well, a THEORY? It isn't really possible to prove that a theory is true, we can only prove that it is not true. So we develop a theory, and as long as it can be relied upon to make predictions, it is a useful theory. But just because a theory gets it right a million times in a row, we can't say for sure that it will get it right the next time. Sure, the sun has always risen before, but it's still possible that tomorrow it won't.

I see your point but we can witness the sun rising every morning and we have physical data that the sun exists and that the earth rotates on an axis, etc. We don't, however, have any proof that wormholes exist. I could say that our universe is just a molecule in an even bigger universe, but i really have no real proof or any logical reason to believe that statement just because I can't prove it wrong. There are scientific facts that give weight to some scientific theories, but none for wormholes

No it hasn't. It is hypothetical matter that has never been physically detected. The only reason some scientists think it exists is because the effects of gravity "infer" it to be real.
That doesn't sound like scientific proof to me. I believe that discovering dark matter as a physical thing is one of the goals of CERN.

I think that you would only be able to affect the, "Single Point", dimensions, as directions don't fit well in the world of integers.
What is a negative, single-point dimension? It might be time in reverse because (I paraphrase), "...time isn't a dimension, but a direction...".

Yes, that's one of the ideas in thids video.
Everett's Many Worlds Interpretation of quantum mechanics tells is that if someone could invent wormhole technologies (something that physicists like Michio Kaku and Brian Greene say is not impossible, but will take a great amount of energy to achieve), then it should be possible to use a wormhole to "fold" the fourth dimension and go to another part of our spacetime continuum.

Taking in that string theory is a fact, then folding through difrent dimensions is possible by making them "vibrate" diffrently. Hopefully string theory can be proven and munipulated. The posibilities of the work being done right now is amazing almost the posibilities of our minds, unlike what most people would think to make this possible is a huge amount of energy involved, instead a machine using "strings" could make any possibility happen.

We're not being viewed from a "higher" dimension. In fact all dimensions are parallel in their realms of existence. Organisms can only truely exist in the 3rd dimension. So unless they've developed some form of seventh dimensional viewing device, then yes perhaps. However, this is infinitely improbable really.

If we're talking all possible outcomes, those don't include any "infinitely improbable" outcomes. In other words, disregarding the idea that physical laws actually change at a higher dimension (I think?), all these potential universes would still be governed by physics as we know it.

Although we would never be able to "see" this h.dimensions, it is not pointless for us to understand them.
Think of the 2 dimensional "Flatland". If we take this imaginary world and we make a little fold in their universe (like folding a piece of paper) they would never "see" that their univ. is bent in a 3rd dimension (up), BUT they would feel the effects of it (gravity!).
Same thing for use, we although we may not be able to "see" these other dimensions we may be able to understand their...

While the videos are interesting to watch and imagine the possibilities of what it would be like. The fact of the matter is we'll never know for sure about any other dimension other then third dimension in which we are currently in, the here and now. We live ( most of us grown old ) unless we tragically die young, and when we die we cease to exist an thats it. How will we ever know for sure about any of these possibilities of other dimensions and even then what good does it do?

I know a lot of people believe in government conspirceys and cover ups.However until someone can actually prove or in this case an alien prove it's been a cover up and they have been traveling to us through folding a dimension. If so, then would 4D wormhole travel bring one to a random outcome of our causal probabilistic timeline up until a certain defined point in the future? The example of quantum indeterminacy allowing for extremely unlikely events (like walking through walls) to occur appears in the writing of many serious physicists like Greene and Kaku. Usually, it's accompanied by a comment that "such an event would take longer than the life of the universe to occur". I use this idea as another way of thinking about wormholes: "folding" is how we get there.

Yep, highly unlikely. "Folding" space-time to get to the other side of the wall sidesteps the issue entirely, because you wouldn't go "through" the wall, you'd go "around" the wall using an additional dimension.

Wow its amazing this concept is so similar to the one I've had in my mind for a few years.
The one thing I would disagree on is the idea that time happens to be in a category of its own. It seems if you were to take n dimensions of space, n+1 would always be equivalent to time such that it is a dimension like any other, except that it is only possible to observe one state or point at a time. The same holds true for the 3rd dimension relative to the 2nd, the 2nd to 1st, and the 1st to the 0th.

uhh...a car driving in brings wind, blowing all the exterior crap in the garage, when the car drives out, the wind it makes blows stuff out, and since i assume your garage is clean inside, clean wind is pushing the crap and leaves out of the exterior of the exit making a clean perimeter so the natural wind has to push further to reach the inside, thus leaving it clean?

my next project is how this time flux is relative to the opening and closing of the wormholes. as a convience we leave the gate ways open 2 in and 2 out at all times. it looks like this causes more time distortions. by closing the gate after every use might bring some stability back. the main complaint was WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG to get my car? so in the soft ware we installed i timer. it measures time from the start of the job(is when type in your pin #) to the compleation of the job where your car arrives in the exit bay. This time is saved into a filling system.

i have over 50 digital clocks running in different locations, where time seems to be different in any giving location, im still working the numbers but, the info is pointing to the difference in the size of the car has to do with the dime dialation.

i have been working at the wormhole garage for 3 years. since its reopening and on my spare time i have ongoing experments about time and space and the infomation is shocking at the very least.

wormholes are everywhere on many levels,
lets take your laptop or home pc as an example. there is a option on most pc's that allow the user to copy and paste. now lets open 3 different pages this allows me to copy from any page and paste into any other this cliped object is now traveling though time and space.

the cars parked in time experience time at a different pase. your car clock must be corrected often and air must be put in the tires and the batteries loose energy faster because time is traveling slower in the garage, and what you think is a week that went by it was much longer, Time slow's down.

as of now we have 4 wormholes, any one could be set to enter or exit. but no 1 wormhole can transport in both directions at the same time. but we could send cars who have just pases through the event horizon in the other direction as soon as the firt car clears the event horizion we could send the next car in the opposite direction. never never can one go in and out the same time.
