The 8th Harry Potter Movie turned out to be spectacular! My buddy and I just now stumbled across it released online. We found the film on watch harry potter. us (w/out the spaces)
Hmm,, this is not quite right, Real Hogwarts is middle of woods and Mountains in Scotland, not in Florida, middle of little wood in front of town and a bridge.
@Firewingflock yeah you can go in them, but i recomend going ay the beggining of the day. my sister and i went at 8 o clock and walked right into honeydukes then came back later and there was a line to get into it. but its so worth it!
Just back from Florida and had the chance of getting a look around the world of Harry Potter and the ride , make sure if you go you try the frozen butter beer mmmm
this land was a mistake. the harry potter franchise is so large that they should have spent a couple more years to make an entire harry potter PARK. one land isn't large enough to portray the world of harry potter realistically. for example, an entire park could include many lands like the forbidden forest, hogwarts, diagon alley, hogsmeade, the triwizard maze, etc.
@PADprolo I wanted them to make an underwater rollercoaster thing for the second task in the black lake!! Haha with like glass around us of course but that would definetly be one of the rides i would go on.
@catloveR2121 Hahah yeahhh!!! and like maybe make a part where you see Hermione, Cho, Ron and Gabrielle chained to the ocean floor with the merpeople surrounding them. EPICCCC!!! i mean yes, it would be pretty damn creepy, but i wouldn't miss it. x]
@PADprolo it would be awesome to have all that , but it dont matter the Disney and universal parks will still make a fortune off hogwarts, hogsmead and the triwizard tornmeint sections
@PADprolo a whole harry potter world would only appeal to a certain amount of people and would end up losing Universal money in the long run. I swear, you people don't know how to think. You just assume they're building this for harry potter fans. Nope, this is a business venture. They're looking to make a profit.
@PADprolo Actually they made a great decision. Orlando was and still is a giant swamp land, there's plenty of room to keep expanding back. This means they can add rides and attractions every year or so to keep fans coming. This could amount to a WHOLE Diagon Alley, complete with Gringotts, The Daily Prophet, Quality Quidditch Supplies and the Leaky Cauldron.
@PADprolo Why would they make an entire park based around Harry Potter? This is not a Harry Potter theme park, it's a SECTION of Islands of Adventure (just like Marvel Island, Toon Lagoon, and Seuss Landing).
No one is trying to portray the Harry Potter world "realistically". If they were so concerned about authenticity, they would have built all of this in England and not in Florida. You need to lighten up.
@PADprolo I could not agree more. While I understand that it might not be as good business wise, entering the Wizarding World and all that it contains is basically a dream come true.
@PADprolo I read this just itself cost over $265million dollars and counting. Do you understand how expensive a WHOLE PARK would cost man? That just wouldn't happen. This looks perfect how it is anyways.
@PADprolo yeah it hought it will eb all cool and shit,i was exited till i saw this crap, and the howards is too small, and the park too,wow i hate it soo=(muchh
@PADprolo I agree, but this project cost 130 million alone. That scale would cost Universal so much more into perhaps a billion, and they just can't afford that.
@HuhGub I saw in another vid about this place they will have that place where they serve butter beer in hogsmeade and you can get actual butter beers there!!!! :]

Maybe they'll be able to expand on it; there is more land behind it. But I agree with you that Harry Potter should have had an entire park.

@PADprolo Exactly. Also, Ollivander's isn't even in Hosmeade, and that's where they said it'll be.
