@Pieman55125 no this is just the standard model, the custom model has pearl tuning heads and split gibson-like inlays and an inlay kinda think in the head stock. Im not sure about specs and stuff but thats all i know thats different

@TheRealSonicYouth perhaps an ESP TLD Deluxe H1001? or an ESP LTD mh1000. I'd reccomend schecter though they are alot more versatile than most others, and ESP tone sounds really dry. But, it's your choice.

this guitar is cheap version of atx-fr it is not a blackjack prolly a damien or omen6 version i have the c1 blackjack fr and its nothing like this guitar.. has an orig FR and seymore pups not designed by...... still a good guitar for the price i think it goes for 400-500 dollars with the licensed fr on it the blackjacks are 900+

@TheYusri96 Yeah totally. Floyd Rose is a pain in the ass to tune, but man those divebombs... too awesome. Just keep in mind, a guitar with no whammy.. is very limited compared to one that does have a trem equipped.

@TheYusri96 depends on how much you want to spend messing with your setup. i love floyds but they are a pain in the ass. i, personally, think they're worth it, though cause of the rad effects you can do with em. the only thing is, about a week after a string change, you need to setup the tremolo tension again, which takes about an hour to get perfect. but once it's setup, you don't have to touch it until the next string change. and of course you can do all those whammy effects you hear about.

@TheJuliokan From what i can tell. Active duncan pickups on the C-1 FR and theres active EMG pickups on the Hellraiser c-1 fr. Also C-1FR is using "Licensed floyd rose" instead of an original Floyd Rose. Just throwin that out there. Hellraiser FR seems more of a snag

@TheJuliokan Unlike the C-1FR here, the new ones don't have active pickups. Also, the Hellraisers have higher build quality, binding, and abalone inlays.

@stefan666paradox uh, as far as i know, all of Schecter have 2 knobs and humbuckers. lol. i know what you're saying though, man. this review is of the old version of this guitar. the newer version of this guitar has chrome-covered passive Duncan Designed pickups. also there is a discontinued series that Schecter used to have called the Blackjack series that had open-coil Duncan pickups (i THINK '59/Jazz but i won't swear to it). but that's a discontinued series and i don't think you'll find many

It's a divebomb, or a "harmonic squeal" and can only be done using a tremelo or a floyd.

the hellraiser dosent have a bolt on neck does that mean you get more sustain? and the fact that theres is a set neck on the hellraiser and that the hellraiser has better quality wood make it a better guitar? (forgetting that the neck slimness and the personal choice of which pickups u like best)
