At what point do its (Africa's) own people take a role in throwing out the thugs, thieves and tyrants that rule their lives? Short of "taking" out every prick in charge with a sniper rifle and placing a puppet, the West can pour funds in till perpetuity without any meaningful results for these poor souls..
