Does the phone haves a responsive touch screen like the mytouch or the iphone????? and can it downlaod apps like the games from the app store on the iphone and ipod touch or in this case the android market games like jelly car, jedi trainer, compass, papi jump.......

Nonsense. TMO would not announce a product knowing it did not pass their tests and would be recalled.
He must work for AT&T, They've had several of their high-end Nokias recalled. Their iPhone is losing bucket loads of marketshare to Android, RIM and to windows mobile products. They are hurting.
