I have this phone for two years, as waiting for my contract to expire. I've bought it for its great looks, which it definitely has, but this phone is the biggest annoyment ever. It's the worst thing for sms or using display during a conversation. Can't wait to get rid of it. Won't advise anyone to buy it. There is a new armani on the market with a qwerty - must be an improvement...

the armani is ok as a phone. its main selling points is its looks, feel, and brand name. the phone feels very solid and as such doesn't feel "fake" like many nokia phones which are made fo plastic.

I have had a hundred different phones and this is no doubt the worst phone I have ever owned! I used it for six hours and went berzerk trying to fumble with the slow interface. I boxed it up the same day and sold it on ebay. Looks good but sucks baaadd!

3 reasons why i hate this phone:

1) the touch screen looks fairly slow (you need to press it repeatedly to achieve the option)

2) didn't like how the keyboard is displayed (iphone is way better, although having smaller buttons might not make it so easy, so i give credit to the much bigger buttons samsung presented)

3) all the giorgio armani shit just makes the price go higher and higher.

The V3 is a shit phone, i used to have it when it first came out too, and i can promise you it was definately NOT $1400! Seriously! It was about $400 for the top of the range V3 just over 4 years ago.

actually comparedly 1500 is a lot for a phone. the iphone is like 400-500, neonode is 600, and blackberry is around 400. so even though 1500 isnt a lot of money, for a phone its more than usual

Iphone is terrible in comparison. Because of phones like this and the LG Viewty (REAL, 3G phones)the iPhone has failed to meat predicted sales targets in the UK due to its inferiority. It has a pants camera, can't send pics, the only good things about it are the scratch-proof screen and the interface. Even the Wi-Fi consumes its battery like hell.
