Thank you. I've learned a few things since starting this. Don't use Salt or Baking Soda as electrolytes. They both produce toxic gases. Citric Acid, Lye, even Vinegar are good substitutes. However, this cell will still produce alot of gas using regular tap water, with no additives. And the direct link to the PWM Circuit is here:

Cell looks like a fuel rod for nuclear reactor. Anyways, seems good. Did you use any electrolyte?
