I have been trying my dammdest to get a job on a cruise ship what would you say is the best way to go? apply directly to the cruise line or through a concessionaire?

It's great to see the faces that make things happen, people like you and me that have a bit of our life on the lovely ship.
Cunard, like no other line, do not have only crewmemebers, have a family deticated to hospitality!
