  • why does this have so many dislikes? Am I missing something...

  • How about getting the horse on clean dry land so he won't founder?

  • @TheGranule Founder isn't caused by walking in mud. It is caused from eating too much, or eating feed that is too rich for the horse. Sometimes it is caused by insulin resistance (aka type 2 diabetes) But of all the many reasons for founder, walking on the mud is not one of them.

  • I want to see the layout of that barn.

  • The coffin bone would penetrate the sole not the hoof wall. And a sinker means the entire bottom of the foot has sunk. His heels were probably to high and toe to long. Rare on belgiuns, they are usually flat footed due to there size.

  • Thank you for being determined to find a cure for this beautiful animal. It would have been a crime to put him down. I fell in love with draft horses a few years ago at the Indiana State Fair. Good luck him and others.

  • Oh geeze, and how much did you get paid for THAT hooey poo?? 3 buckets of equipride?? Rolling Eyes.

  • @GottaBKiddingMe2. Hooey Poo?? *Rolling eyes*? Do you have horses? Let's see if we can get you to try it before you comment again. I'll save you a testimonial spot.
