I believe Lina jebi kilimo has never read the katiba, i think she had developed negative opinion on it even before the draft, can some body take her through the draft properly, why should there be chaos when their roles and duties are clearly spelled? all agree that power should not be left in the hands of one person, moi misused it, kibaki has done the same, and there fore there must be checks and balancing kilimo

freegst... I agree with you, completely. Present Constitution has existed side by side with its Republic created around 1963. Draft or New Constitution would therefore logically require bringing down of the present republic in order to make a New Republic for the New Constitution, because, each Constitution must belong to its own particular Republic. A Constitution created in 2009 has to have its own Republic created in 2009 for even a pot cannot be made without clay and water at SAME TIME.
