  • If you want to gain muscle mass, you need to eat ALOT of calories!

    That's how body builders do it. Their calory intake in a day is more than triple than yours or mine.

    Crazy!

    You should lose alot of weight then once your skinny then start building the muscle........... because if not then the fat gets mixed in with the muscle and its really confusing how much mucle mass you have truly gained by eye. You need like a tape measyre or something.

    THIS IS NO LIE. ask any doctor.

  • Good luck with your diet it's tough but you gotta stop eating junk food checkout with ur doctor at a lic. gym to get proper diet for losing weight and toning up don't like short haircut
