This is the man that was kind enough to put down his butter knife and teach a kid how to press the string to play a note on a guitar. From that experience I learned to write and record music. Cedell, Davis is not from Georgia. He was born in Helena, Arkansas and has maintained residence in Pine Bluff, Arkansas performing throughout the Delta.
