It's not always as spectacular as the NBA but it's definitely great in fundamentals and in a lot of countries the atmosphere is awesome, way better than in America.

Go watch some Brandon Jennigs highlights and you'll see the difference between the best Euro and the best American HIGH SCHOOL player. But Rubio will be a good NBA point guard. He's studied our game well. You can see Magic, Pistol Pete, a little Isaih here and there and a few others.
@cavaleer John Wall is not nearly as good a PG as Rubio is. He is a freak athlete which helps him to dominate on Highschool and College. And thats the thing, Americans thrive for those athletic guys who dunk every time cause they cant do nothing else.
I've seen Wall in the NCAA Tournament. he will be a great player, and a better scorer than Rubio. But he will NEVER be a better Point Guard!
