They look like dragons. Job 41 God speaks about an animal described just like a dragon in the water with fire coming out of it's mouth! Another proof that dinosaur did live together with humans and that God does exist and the bible is real. Gloria a Dios.
Another lovely Asian remedy. What is it this time? Long life, bigger sex drive, softer skin ect. Maybe we should start killing off these Asians... cook them, grind them down and sell them off as remedies too=P
I hate china !! I wonder how their small weenies can produce so much trouble.
*I`m not speaking solely about these seahorses but in general.. This is just another aspect.. (I`m sorry if "aspect" is not quite the most proper word for this, but it's just that i`m not an english-speaking man you know.. thanks. :D )
China, Japan that whole region really like wiping our species... Australia is still trying to stop Japan from whaling in our waters. Although we can't complain too much as it was only 50 or so years ago that we were whaling, we took the population of humpbacks down to ~100 when it was banned. We now experience 6 or so thousand traveling up the east coast of Australia every year. Good whale watching industry on the Gold Coast.
The most dangerous animal in the world is MAN . We are a very destructive specie. A way to help change that is by teaching are kids to appreciate our earth .
These things are so awesome i was at a sand bar one time and this fat kid was carrying two of them in a net swinging them around and showing them to everyone.. I wanted to punch that kid in the face but there was nothing i could do...
Noo this is so sad, so many species have already gone extinct in my short 16 year lifetime and if these graceful beautiful animals go as well it ill be horrible.
@spartanb42clan Because they are an industrialized nation doing what took the US and the rest of the world 200 years to do in less than 50? And its not like the US doesn't have its share of massive environmental catastrophes. DDT? Several bird species including the bald eagle were nearly wiped out due to that. And just look at the recent BP oil spill... many species of endangered birds are threatened because of that.
@tobyw87 DDT was worth it. I may be liberal in almost every other way, but a few million dead children from malaria vs a few hundred thousand individuals from every species seems like MORE than a fair trade. Which innocent life is more important to you? A few dozen children in a poor nation, or a single bird from each specie? We're the most populous specie of land vertebrates on the planet. No other species has more than a few million, except for insects, which are like little robots.
@mostliberal Pardon me, but no I don't think a few humans are worth sacrificing a good chunk of the biodiversity on this planet. Maybe if DDT was the absolute only way, but there are better ways. There's always the option of researching less harmful alternatives. There's no reason why we have to use a chemical that is known to ravage many ecosystems irrevocably.
@tobyw87 When it comes to preventing malaria deaths, you have 3 options:
1. Evacuate people from those areas, which no country is willing to do, since no one evacuated Haiti, Sri Lanka, Darfur, Congo, Zimbabwe, Bosnia, Tibet, or any other problem areas.
2. Spread a pathogen that kills mosquitoes
3. Spread a chemical that kills mosquitoes
Those pathogens either don't exist, or are equally dangerous as the chemical, since they could mutate and infect other animals.
Gosh us man are fucked up on why we do this. Were all greedy and alwasy want more. this is going to drive us to the world ending and all nature gone...
That's so sad. Just one thing though. Seahorses didn't make themselves like they are. They were created the way they are. I find them incredible evidence of creation because of their similarity of land animals. How can people's thinking be so perverted that they now can't see what is right in front of them?
