  • HAHA IT"S SO FUNNY!!! These fucking games look so much funner than Kinect, wnd when is the date on this? o yea, fucking 2000. damn M$, get your shit together, your only about a decade behind

  • wow sony had worked so hard to make this wana be controller and failed BIG N and xbox killed the move in just the 5 months and what makes it worst sony braged how revolutionary it was then said it was inspired by the wii thin ships it and it dosent sell very much but thats not the case the fuckin move is just a more advance wii mote sony u suck

  • @MrSmokinhotdude Game quality trumps sales. Move is superior to Wii in that regard. Grandmothers can buy all the Wii's on store shelves all they want, it's not going to matter to me when I don't own stock in Sony or Nintendo or MS.

If you just join the fanboy team of the console with the most sales, that doesn't say much about your commitment to quality.

  • @MuchRockness well well look at the brain on u lol well since you put it that way then forget sales lets talk quality so far all i see and heard is that ps move has so much lag besides its hard to calibrate the damn thing trust me i own one. the wii mote is much better far as the ps3 controller goes well i think that dual shock bull crap will be around untill ps20 lol if they make it past ps3 or ps4 but back to my point yeah im a fanboy or what not lol but face it sony move is garbage

  • @MrSmokinhotdude If you own one, then you wouldn't have to rely on what you've seen and heard. I call bullshit on you and your self admitted fanboy nature, little child.

  • @MrSmokinhotdude LOL ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS?? I JUST got done playing Killzone 3 with my PSmove. IDK what Move demo's you've been playing, but there is no lag. You are obviously pulling these facts out of your ass. the kinect on the other hand. Have you ever tried to play it with a group of people? o yea, YOU FUCKING CANT. There can't be ANY fucking movement or else it messes up like shit. Kid, just admit your a dumb ass fuck who doesnt know shit about console wars. Go read a book fag

  • @13r0thm4g3 wow. I did not just hear YOU tell someone to read a book did I? bold words coming from someone who does ALL of his console war research from youtube. first off, do I even need to bring up that you are comparing tech demos to fully programmed games? oh wait, that wouldn't matter. you know nothing about harddrive space, ram processing, laser encoded, etc. but let me ask you one simple question. where is this game?

  • @kradrol haha, im sorry that you live in my house with me 24/7 and know everything i do. Just gtfo youtube you stupid fucking kid. And actually i don't "research" (who the fuck spends time actually researching this shit besides your ignorant ass) I, on the other hand, have a life. Everything i say is a common fact, that anyone with an IQ above 10 SHOULD know (obviously you don't) And harddrive space? ram Proccesing? kid, thats the basics of computers. you YOURSELF dont even know what ur sayin

  • @13r0thm4g3 so you admit that you don't do any actual research, and instead rely solely on heresay. not one of your "common facts" has held up to scructiny. but to address your comment "who the fuck spends time actually researching this shit besides your ignorant ass) do the letter IGN ring a bell? how about the words "game informer" anyone actually interested in video games tends to research things, only trolls like you use just youtube videos.

  • @13r0thm4g3 lastly, as this is the final nail in the coffin. you have shown you know absolutely nothing about video games as you have clearly stated that video games and computers have no common link. video games consoles essentially are computers. they have ram proccesser, video cards, sound drivers, harddrives, etc. and this might come as a shock to you, but video games are actually designed and programmed on computers. for the last time, do your homework kid.

  • @kradrol lol stop talking like your a genius. You have an IQ of 8. video game consoles are that, video game consoles. Computers are that, computers. Just stfu kid your annoying as hell and you KNOW that computers and consoles are NOT the same thing

  • @13r0thm4g3 wow. you can not really be this stupid. no. no, no one can be as stupid as you are. seriously? you STILL argue that video game consoles don't have ram processures or even a cpu? you know what, I'm done. you have gone from ignorances of facts to a willful rejection of them. we will continue this when you read a spec sheet for your precious ps3.

  • @kradrol yes, i know they have ram processors. They arent meant for browsing the web, or any of the things acyual computer can do. YES, they have the CAPABILITY of doing what a comp does, but at a much slower speed. they were meant to PLAY GAMES, hence VIDEO GAME CONSOLE. A Computer was NOT invented to play games on. A computer was invented to store files, to browse the web, to download media, or whatever you want to do on it. And yet again, your grammar is that of a first grader. Good job.

  • @13r0thm4g3 ok. wait? you just said the computer WASN'T meant to play games on? tell that to blizzard. video games practically started on computers. pac-man, tetris, paratrooper, etc. likes not even start into castle wolfinstein, duke nukem, doom, quake, the elder scrolls series. let me ask you a question. what color is the sky in your world?

  • @kradrol lol you DO know that computers were invented in the 1960's RIGHT? or are you just that fucking stupid. When IBM built the very first computer, they didnt have in mind some fat fuck like you playing WoW all day in their moms basement. And let me ask you a question. Can you read? cause you sure as hell cant spell you illiterate fuck

  • @13r0thm4g3 so not even you know what color the sky is in your world. that's good to know. you should figure that part out before trying to convince anyone else you understand anything about how the world actually functions. but I guess i can conclude here since I'm sure it's past your bed time; and you probably have a long day of school ahead of you.

  • @kradrol lol in your words "since you arent even attepmting to continue this argument, you admit defeat" Good job, you just got your ass kicked kid.

  • @13r0thm4g3 but I am continuing the argument. but since you aren't understanding anything I say, I would like to see how you think things work. or are you simply going to admit that you know nothing about how your video games actually work?

  • @kradrol haha youre STILL not continuing the argument, all you are doing is repeating what you said about 2 comments ago. Come at me with a VALID argument, then i'll continue this conversation

  • @13r0thm4g3 how about the 4 or 5 valid argument I have already made. the eye toys never tracked the z-axis in any actual games. tech demos mean nothing if the tech can't be adapted into game play. or how about my valid point about infrered feedback? or do you still cling to the idea that "only a camera track the z-axis. nothing else can, it's impossible" depending on your answer I will have another "valid point" to use to continue. so whenever you are ready..............

  • @kradrol lol im tired of your shit kid i have a life to get back to next xomment you send will be deleted when i see it in my inbox so dont hold your breath

  • @MuchRockness you say game quality trumps sales, yet sales is what determines weither or not something is good right? no? then what does. well it must be review scores then, right? no? they don't count either? then what does determine what games have good game quality? the individual does? well that does make sense, but that also means quality is subjective, and therefor irrelevent in any actual debate.

  • @MuchRockness Move is superior to the Wii (no sh** Sherlock. It's 5 years old). But the new updated Wii remote plus has the same mechanics as the move and was released before

  • @potsiiscool WM+ still isn't the same. It allows good sword control and things of that nature but the main thing it lacks is the ability to know where it is. Move does it all.

  • @MuchRockness the sensor bar detects where it is and the wii remote + is used for 1:1. Same thing as the ps eye and the ps move controller. And like you said, game quality trumps sales and the Wii has milked motion controls so much more than the PS move (just stating the obvious since the Wii had a longer life span). I can see people comparing the PS3 with the Wii in terms of gaming quality, but comparing the Move with the Wii is kind of pointless in my opinion.

  • @potsiiscool Wiimote would have to be pointed at the TV to see the IR bar. Move tracks while at any angle other than one that obstructs the sphere.

  • @MuchRockness you don't point at the IR bar with the wii remote plus :S

  • @MrSmokinhotdude lol what r u talking about? there is no difference in this and kinect. i know, i have a kinect. It's pretty sad that M$ is 11 years behind on their tech. And also if Sony sucks, then why is their company more succesful than ours? why does their console have over 70 million players, and ours only have 10 million? Please, don't try to represent xbox any more man, your immature comment just brought us all shame. It's kids like you that make people hate xbox fanboys. Get a life

  • sony was waiting for the right time to sell the product because in 2000 it was a revolutiony product which was before the wii and xbox 360 even existed so technicly the wiimote is a dumbed down version of it and kinect is a laggy worthless pile of crap. the only fun you can have with kinect is if you hack it.

  • @billdsafdsad - I know this reply is a bit late, but that's complete nonsense :-) The fact is, Sony couldn't take webcam object tracking any further (Richard said that himself in an interview), it just wasn't practical on it's own for gaming, and hence you didn't see EyeToy games being controlled like that. The Wii showed Sony the solution, instead of making the webcam do ALL the work, put as much of the motion sensing as you can INSIDE a controller and track THAT, and the result was PS Move.

  • the beta of playastation move....

  • ah. everyone thinks that ps3 came up with the original and saying that they didn't copy nintendo. but they actually DID. Nintendo made a zapper in 1985. and then SONY copied them.

  • @sonicshadowsilver14 Nintendo copied the atari the first console with the motion control call the le stick pwned.

  • OH and then we go back to the NES Zapper.

  • Dont change the lights sounds like a really funny joke.. but i dont get it :(

  • @Dubbed2Death The camera is tracking the colored balls- it's looking for balls of that specific color. If you change the lighting in the room it can affect the color of the balls enough to confuse it and make the system not work. Luckily, with Move, they decided to use a ball that has its own light source inside, which can change into thousands of colors and lighting intensities. Not only is this better for tracking, but also for little visual effects, like flashing red when you're hurt, etc.

  • Those guys had no idea what was coming during the next decade.. clueless bastards

  • Fake to me.

  • Fake to me

  • Fake to me.

  • Holy shit that ball was big.

  • I think the next step after this would be haptic feedback. Commercialized use of simulating force. Not only the feeling of impact when you hit something with your virtual toy, but weight and resistance as well. I wholeheartly believe that sort of feed back is possible. I have a bit of an idea how it may be possible, using gyros (not the sensor ones). If anyone has played with a gyro top, you can see where this is going.

  • Remarkable!!!!!.. Now that we have the move lets see how many shooters i can play with that Thing and with the subcontroller.

  • wow at the lag :P

  • Nintendo has used this technology countless times before. Wth is everyone pretending Sony was the TRUE first one to do it? Remember the Power Glove? And countless others? FAILURE.

  • @gtas123 The true failure was the powerglove that thing didnt work at all

  • @RandomDirectors How would you know? AVGN? FAIL. He said that it wasn't a COMPLETE failure and had potential.

  • @gtas123 the power glove was a flop come on you cant argue against that

  • @gtas123 all those you are talking about are 2d movement... even the wiimote cant track on 3d space.... FAIL your comment...

This was the first 3d tracking...

  • @gtas123

That was NEVER the point. No one said they did it first, though to a point, this equals a different result from the power glove and is MUCH different from twitching your fingers and punching at the screen.

They had no true involvment with PowerGlove's development or idea. They also didn't create the means to allow Wii to exist either. Nintendo made descicions of what they wanted for others at best. Gyration inc made alot. The rest was a past invention patented for multiple use.

  • Thats funny, all people think Move is a copy of WII ,but nintendo have the idear from this,so without this nintendo have never made WII. ALL PEOPLE THAT WATCH THIS MUST SHOW THE VIDEO OTHER PEOPLE , ALL MUST KNOW THAT WII IS A COPY^^

  • lol all these before wii mote

  • You write i describtions: Move was the next logical evolution. I just say that the only thing they had in common was the cam. otherwise you could argued that the dualshock was a copy of the... what ever controller. Same logic...:)

  • you see the green foam stick? the gyros and everything in the move remote were the next logical step in gaining better tracking accuracy. i'm just saying that the wii wasn't the first device to use a wand in your hand to control a sword in a game. so in other words, sony didn't need to look at the wii to get the hint that remotes can be used to track motion. they looked to the wii to get the idea that people would buy it, but that's a lot different than accusing them of stealing the tech, etc.

  • @MuchRockness power glove nes

  • LOL...

This is not move... this is eyetoy.

There are no buttons. no speaker. no pointer.. the "things has no power (battery) And u have to stand in front of the cammera.

And the first to do a real motion controller ( and a game ) was Sega... the fishingrod in 1999..

  • who said it was move?

  • who said it was move? just that it was sony's research BEFORE move (and before the Wii remote)

  • too bad move is better

you can follow your morals but we all know move is wii too which means it is better

even nintendo called it wii too

would you rather have ds or ds 2?

nintendos motion controls were crap than eyetoy was better than the wii was better than eyetoy now move will be the best... ms is still laking behind with eyetoy 2

  • @WiiRteaser Actually this does require a battery in the vid and when I was in Europe is say it had some button for power a place for batteries buttons to control certain actions so do you research and this started in1998 this is the beginning of move.

  • @WiiRteaser and the power glove?

  • @WiiRteaser

    No shit sherlock.

  • @WiiRteaser

    Same "ball tracking" concept.

    oh and nice username ;)

  • @WiiRteaser & you are actually wrong because there is nintendos powerglove & also the Sega Genesis Activator which are ok for their time.(early 90s)

  • @SuperGoodguy2010 you forgot the atari le stick which was first

  • pls show this to all the wii fanboys...

  • I been trying tell people that Sony is not ripping off the wii for over a year now and people say that Johny Lee came up with the head tracking Idea when I have a Video of Dr Richard Marks doing it with a Eyetoy on the PS2 .

I have the whole Video to this on my youtube page!

  • i just realized you're the guy in the gif on the PSU thread i linked to... LMAO that was hilarious how you duck out of the picture and pop back up!

  • i don't know if sony filed theirs before nintendo. that'll probably spark some kind of debate there, and i don't want to be responsible :P
