Free Housing, Free Education and Free Health Care. Quallytatively (spelled wrong sorry) it could be much much better. But at least they don't have to pay $3000,- just because they got sick. Many people in the US do.

@RedZHunter Cuba also trains doctors in Cuba, and send them to poor Latin American countries so as to help their fellow country men. Despite minor government aid, the doctors basically do this for free.

@TheDutchGame First thing to get budgeted in the U.S in the time of great debt is social services. Castro promised that social services will always remain open to all people. Cuba isn't a perfect nation, but it does gleam like a diamond in a pile of coal when you look at how "developed" nations are turning up.
