Most cities require gloves only for "Ready to eat" food. Most, if not all pizza places don't wear gloves but wash there hands all the time. Any germs that may make it on the pie will be killed off in an over over 400 degrees.
2 things....if your actually making pizzas, you gotta make them fresh...not supposed to make them in advance....throw one of those pies in the oven....then check the thickness consistency....probably really thin in the middle...
You can pre make skins. They are just as good as ones just slapped out.
Also just because people toss there dough (of course PJ's says you shouldn't), doesn't mean it will be thin. A good tosser can toss dough without making the center thin.
5.15 an hour and 1.3(depending on gas prices) per delivery. some times you can do pretty well on a shift and make around $15 and hour after you figure everything in, but that does not include the gas and wear and tear on your vehicle
it also depends what part of town you live in. The drivers at the store I work at make a decent amount in tips, but drivers at stores close to me make little in tips.

i can't believe he is using his dirty slimy filthy hands to toss that pizza. he should be wearing a beard cover, mask, and gloves so no germs can breed on the pizza. it'll get worse if he slaps on the smelly cheeze and topping with his bare hands.

Dude, when I worked for Papa John's we never docked the dough. We hand tossed it. If you stay on top of bubbles the customer would never even know if there were bubbles or not.

Well, when you aren't busy in apizza place its always good to have "Pre Stretches" meaning when you do get busy it cuts down stretching time. This is coming from a guy who works at a Pizza place :P

Right! We would slap out some skins too when we were slow. We found if you cover them they wouldn't dry out so quick. They will get sticky if you keep them to long.

Traianglepoint. If you live a totaly sterile life then when a virus does come by your body wont be able to fight it off. Our body destroys germs but it NEEDS germs to practice on...take a freakin chance! The minor amount of bacteria on his hands is negligable. Hell bacteria floats through the air for gods sakes! What are you gonna do...live in a bubble and play with your prick until the end of time?! You are WAY to paranoid with germs if this bothers you.

Most cities require gloves only for "Ready to eat" food. Most, if not all pizza places don't wear gloves but wash there hands all the time. Any germs that may make it on the pie will be killed off in an over over 400 degrees.

2 things....if your actually making pizzas, you gotta make them fresh...not supposed to make them in advance....throw one of those pies in the oven....then check the thickness consistency....probably really thin in the middle...

You can pre make skins. They are just as good as ones just slapped out.
Also just because people toss there dough (of course PJ's says you shouldn't), doesn't mean it will be thin. A good tosser can toss dough without making the center thin.

What is the hourly wage ?

How much do they get per delivery ?
Is it a flat percent (6% of order) or a flat sum per delivery ? ie......$1.25 or $1.50 ??

5.15 an hour and 1.3(depending on gas prices) per delivery. some times you can do pretty well on a shift and make around $15 and hour after you figure everything in, but that does not include the gas and wear and tear on your vehicle

it also depends what part of town you live in. The drivers at the store I work at make a decent amount in tips, but drivers at stores close to me make little in tips.
