I would like to know if this tax cut requires owners of small business to HIRE people to qualify. HELL NO!!!! These clowns are just going to take the credit without hiring.
Most businesses already have implemented a work force where each employee does a lot more work than some time before! You think Mr. Boss is going to say to Joe Blow that.....Hey Joe I got a big tax break. I am going to hire a person to do half of your work!! Yea right. That tax break is going to go in his pocket!!
