When you launch it lifts the driver tire into the fender and the car leaves crooked. The energy wasted twisting the car could be put into forward motion. Big wheelies, and twisting chassis' is just energy wasted. Proper anti roll bars are VERY common in drag racing.

Turbo's Nitrous dont have immediate Torque Turbo's have to spool up to pressure mix fuel ,nitrous has to get through that is why they purge .Nitrous is kinda unstable and will kill you at the starting line .I have ran a stock bore 400 sb in the 10's and stomped both .With a 4 cyl they had no chance because I would be several car lengths by the time the wound them up .But saying that yes they can beat 8 cyl The trick is instant Torque continuously and steady ,and no standard tranny's

Turbo's Nitrous dont have immediate Torque Turbo's have to spool up to pressure mix fuel ,nitrous has to get through that is why they purge .Nitrous is kinda unstable and will kill you at the starting line .I have ran a stock bore 400 sb in the 10's and stomped both .With a 4 cyl they had no chance because I would be several car lengths by the time the wound them up .But saying that yes they can beat 8 cyl The trick is instant Torque continuously and steady ,and no standard tranny's

@daybreak1HP I do respect all motorsports. Civics and other Asian cars however, use turbo chargers and other technological things to get that extra boost after they've gone off the line. While I admit they can be fast, I still favor the raw, carbureted, twin-screw supercharged power of the olde American muscle.

Though it would be nice to have the Ford GT40 that thing sounds awesome and has some nice hp. Although id have to take out my life insurance in order to buy one.

@triggernutsy1 just because 1 car has more cylinders doesnt mean a 4 cant smoke a v8. Its called modifying a car. Theres Rally Subaru's out there that could pass some V8s on a track. I know 4 cylinder cars really arent made for Drag racing but there pretty good at touring and especially at Rally. Seriously if you think their nothing but slow then your blind. Ive watched subarus race against camaros and stangs in touring racing and pass them. Crotch rockets have less cylinders r they slow then 2?

@ACEGAMER120 Well this mustang must have have an extremely strengthened frame to be capable of withstanding this kind of power. any inport car couldnt acomplish this just because they cant put out this kind of power. (Unless it was a very costly, unreliable turbo car) No replacement for displacement my friends.
