  • @Juliacheer9 they're called show and gos, and they are doing them correctly. make sure you know what you're talking about before you comment.

  • ok first practise practise practise! left groups top has to trust her bases and stay clean!if your gonna fall fall clean because itll be easier to catch you! right groups top has to lock her legs ALOT! you have to squeese! middle girl good job but saty tighter in cradle

  • That was horrible... there was no reason that prep should of been shaky, make sure you know your counts and what you are doing.

  • Good. But slow down.. Go slow then get faster as you get to know it better

  • The two end flyers were good , the middle one , not as good .

    Try ankle weights, they help a lot.

  • Take your time in getting up into the stunt.

    Once you ace it slowly, THEN start picking up speed.

    Otherwise your flyers are great.
