It's a Nylon string, I think. Look at the headstock and you'll see the first tuning peg right where the camera cuts out.

That being said, the sound is a hair too warm for a Steel String, I think.

Yeah, they're nylon strings. You can tell by looking at the texture of the first three strings, and how it contrasts with the texture of the second. The first three are really clear if you look near the sound hole.
