I can remember this song by Paul and Barry Ryan, back in the sixties. Their mum was famous....I can't remember what for....but it was a very good song then, and this version is equally good. Thank you I would never have thought the Damned would have sung this..

I named my baby girl after this song. She is 17 now and hates her name. :( I still love the song, though, and think the name is appropriate. Of course, it is a stalker song! LOL!

This was in the charts 25 years ago (April 1985),as i remember it well.Although they say that the damned released the 1st punk single,their music changed to a kind of a gothic style.Once a punk then always a punk.But their music was brill.
