This interview seems different from the other ones i've seen. She seems also very intelligent, asking good questions. Actually she is like a psychotherapist. Just the way she is asking him questions and drawing him out.

Interesting about David is if he likes the questions and finds them intriguing, he continues. He challenges the interviewer in different ways when he doesn't. Interviewers need to be careful with this one...
