Jesus Christ! Hybrids are NOT the same thing as GMO. I really wish people would check their facts before spouting off about heirlooms being "GMO free". So are most hybrids. Hybrids are developed through selective breeding... that's it. That's all it is. It's not some big damn conspiracy. It's simple genetics. It's the plant equivalent of a mule.

With limited space you want to plant Cukes? They have virtually ZERO nutritional value, no matter how close together you plant them. Bad call

im not that kind of person...im not gonna waste my time on one of those....i have seen people hang aluminum cans on a striing around their garden....and if you put coyote pee around it it will keep them off...too bad deer season wasnt all year!lol

I grow lots of tomatoes, I can't stand them raw but my Mom loves em....... ! so I grow em..... Beans, Cucumbers, peppers....! that is what I like.....

Are you concerned about interpollination between the different cucumber breeds? How do you know if you get the actual cucumbers that you planted rather than a combination of all?

I was curious what you're using as support, as well. I just killed most of my cucumbers by taking them out of the peat pots when transplanting...but I see that you just poke holes in the bottom and trim the roots...I'll do that next time...Great video! Thanks!

Cucumbers are great. Do you make your own pickles. I like the bread & butter ones best.
