i saw this from another uploader, he said this was taken at dumaguete.. im agree to jhaltz flash floods in cdo happened at midnight, im also from cdo im also a victim of sendong our house near at isla de oro.. but how come this floods still remaining at daytime.. infact 5:00 am in the morning the water is literraly gone..

@ZeNZ39 si sendong naging maulan sa bukid lang.. napuno kasi yung dam kaya pinakawalan ang tubig.. yun ang nangyari kung bakit bumaha.. si sendong hindi masyadong maulan sa syudad.. mahangin lang na may kasamang konting ulan..

Hindi yan sa Dumaguete, di kasi ninyu alam na mayron pang ulan na bumubuhus, mga 5:00 AM!!! Hindi po yan sa dumaguete!!! maniwala po kayu!!!

Sendong floods occurred at midnight. the video is at daytime. I am a victim of the floods in Balulang myself and I do not recognize the location. Floods in Dumaguete occurred during daytime. This video could be from Dumaguete.

its an awakening for us all to turn back to God with sincerity and honest way of asking His forgiveness because we are now in the last days,Jesus is coming soon.
