I remember the "Have A Seat" confrontation had a darker theme than the "Victor Newman theme", that was also used before Victor crushes the portrait.

correction.. 1992: The confrontation was about Victor finding out about Jack's attempt to take over Newman Enterprises. Victor and Ashley (Brenda Epperson) were just married and about to leave for their honeymoon.
