As someone who went to UW and had a pretty good experience in spite of the D-Bags, let me explain this to you simply. UW doesn't turn people into D-bags. UW attracts D-Bags, and fails to change them for the better.

Although I think it's a good school with plenty of resources (read: money and corruption), it's not the sort of place you go because you like the people...
