Since corporate personhood was established thru a deliberate bastardization of the US constitution by the supreme court, would it not require a constitutional amendment to prevent a hard right wing court from manipulating any legislation to this effect?

Where's the (corporation's) birth certificate?

When the a group of people apply for a charter from the secretary of state to form a company, the state in return give them a certificate of formation or incorporation depending on the type of entityt they wish to create, that certificate is sought like a birthcertificare for an artificial entity(person). A person is a corporation according to the blacklaws dictionary which is widley use by all judges in this county.

Great job, Joyce! I agree. Corporate personhood is the single roadblock preventing us from solving most of our national problems. Our public dialog is dominated by clever messages from corporations and their wealthiest owners. Individuals and the truth are almost always silenced.
