It does sound similar to too but considering Carpenter (Deftones) is supposed to be in this band (according to wiki) Im not surprised they share similar taste/inspiration when it comes to writing music... lots of bands sound similar (Courtney Love and Distillers, Horrorpops and The Creepshow, Asking Alexandria and Attack Attack, etc, etc, etc) .. unless they are outright stealing parts of music lets just enjoy it.

c'mon, there are millions of bands out there, and yes, some could sound similar. tool is awsome, sol invicto is awsome, stop comparing them and just start tripping from the sound, please:)
