@jdb79jdb79 - The pilot was jailed for 14 years after being found at fault. He tried to level out so he could eject himself to safety and ploughed through the crowd killing 84, very very sad. If it's still on here and you find the extended version that goes into the aftermath you can see many people cut in half, one of them a little boy, It's not for the feint hearted but if you can bear to watch it you may change how you feel about the pilot.

He try's to apply full power and pull up that then causes a inlet stall. this will cut your power up to 75%.
Note he's got a real high sink rate he's falling almost vertically

i'm not sure but if you look at 0:43 you see the cabin opens, i think that guy in the plane used his ejection seat on the last moment and survived. i don't know clearly but i'm hoping it...

@bastiaan9en7emiel Both pilots ejected! As I know, the pilot in command is in jail for 12 years, and the other is in jail for 6 years. Sorry for them...

@MiGutzu sorry my ass ,they need to be in jail for life for not taking the proper actions of stering that plane away from people and kill so many inocents enjoying the show,and also the authorities have a lot to do with this tragedy for letting people getting close to an active runway to look at planes on the ground,man you dont see this kind of stuff here in the us at any air show,dont matter if is small or big,spectators need to be way from the runway until show is over so no live cant be lost

@adonnis010983 I agree, they must pay for their mistakes, but I feel sorry for them. Everyone can make a mistake.....1 second is more than enough, specially in aviation.

@DJMemphis Actually right as it's going by you can see the canopy discharging. Looks like he was attempting to punch out to me. Matter of you can hear the lift charge after it passes to the left out of camera view. So maybe he did actually survivie it. I'll have to research it more. Check at :42 sec.

@Booger6995 Just saw a different view that shows it from another angle. He did in fact get out of the plane. Unsure if all his euipment worked as designed but he did leave the plane via ejection. Knowing the Soviet/Russian style ejection seats he most likely lived thru it. They have really good seats.

@QuadniverousBeast nobody likes the music, what is the fucking point of putting shit music on a video. It makes the video clip seem ridiculous! Nobody is saying they are too good for the music but it ruins the clip. If you press mute you can't hear the engines.
