The vid shows 'member of an oversea committee' as one of his titles; the photo of the OVERSEAS prodemocracy committe shows a banner in traditional chinese, which is obselete in China mainland (but not Taiwan) before 60's. 2nd, the scene of "farmers" lining up to demand back their land include a board sign that says they are in Shanghai.
