@kingegochris some of the spells cost thousands of magicka, as well as reagents like gold bars or diamonds. Don't expect to use that kind of spell every day. :P

I think most of those sorts of mods are designed to be cast in the Worldspace, so that's basically just out in Tamriel and inside cities. Although some (Oblivion Gate, for example) only work out in the main world.

I know, I just thought it would be impractical to not be able to cast it in interior cells. It should have some cool other animation when cast inside, like lightning coming from the walls. I understand that that would be a lot of work, though, so it's fine as it is.

I would have removed this blue orbs. Added white lighting effects for half a second at contact points, and elongated the lightning bolt so it actually looked like it was coming from the sky.

Most likely the author of the vids was using TGM command, IE god mode which also grants unlimited mana and fatigue. So the spells appear to cost nothing.
