I don't want to hate your video or message. But the next Godzilla is not going to be like that. That's the American Version of Godzilla, AKA Zilla. The Movie was good but the Title, Doesn't fit the requirements. Because TOHO was offended when they saw the movie. It was the only movie that was made outside of Japan. If you think they are going to make a sequel, You are sadly mistaken. The Story continued on the animated Version. Watch GODZILLATHON. He will tell you everything about GODZILLA.

actually sounds alot like the animated series that followed the 98 film, which invovled zilla.jr which basically had the design of the 98 one and the powers and persona of the original godzilla, i loved that series and i think a film version of that zilla would be pretty epic, shame it never got done

i wish they would come out with another movie to the godzilla from 1998, i thought that movie was great!, as well as the design, this script sounded great as well. I know alot of people complain about how this godzilla does not look like the original, well for one it probably wasnt supposed to look like a carbon copy , it was the american made version, and two they have alot of similiarities so if people are that stupid to not see the resemblance then they must be an amoeba.

@ChaosNew Sorry but WTF is wrong with you! First of all, godzilla is not FAT! his size adds to his invulnerability. Also, zilla was killed by F**KING MISSILES! Wheras godzilla needed to be killed by the freakin' OXYGEN DESTROYER! In fact, in some continuities godzilla actually SURVIVED IT!!! Besides zilla runs from danger while godzilla fights it head on. although id o admit zilla jr. is cool because he is larger and stronger than his dad and he breathes atomic fire! Just like the real godzilla!

Godzilla 2012 does not have zilla, there was an interview and they said that maybe other monsters will make an apperance but zilla won't. They wanted to reboot Godzilla so Toho is involved.

Sounded interesting, even good, up until the whole insectoid thing lol ...personally, I think people are a bit too quick to bash the 98 film- it had it's flaws, but it had promise as a launching point. Had Zilla Jr. proven more durable and had it's nuclear breath, they really could have had something- perhaps he could have grown even larger than his parent (second generation tends to). Honestly I think it was a mistake not to make the sequel they obviously set up with the baby at the end.

@sonbuhitsunei I too think it was a mistake that the sequel didn't get made. I still thought there was a lot of potential there. To this day Emmerich states that his Godzilla 1998 film is his most asked film when he meets fans, so he knows there was a following thereafter.
