Theres no point in them being the fastest, what are they gonna do? get up to enough speed where they can ram them on the road. Cop cars only need to be fast enough to keep up where they can get the license plate number and they need to be more full sized like the Crown Vics to keep all their stuff in the car, laptop shotgun rear seats cage etc. And they can't drive a car around all day that gets 14 mpg

Let me make this clear, (you seem to have missed it) If there are 4 exhaust pipes on an E39 5 series BMW, then its an M5. You cant tell by the performance alone; all bmws are limited to 155mph, this shows 241kph, (roughly 150mph); both the E39 M5 and the 540 are capable of achieving this. "are you fucking stupid?"
