Hi! Thanks. Of course it is possible to do that. Normally, the dynamic hyperlink with email address pulled from Active Directory will be automatically turned into a mailto link. Is this what you need?

Thanks for your response, we are deploying surveys from signature line. so i wanted to capture email data as url variable. URL variable could be message ID, sender name...

I think only active directory attributes could be merged, right?

ineteresting.. I've been just searching for some easy-to-use software designed for creating professional email signatures. this one looks ok.

Great software from codetwo. we've been using it for years in our company without any problems. it has no problems processing over 6000 emails a day, no delays, no queues. we hardly ever access the admin panel - only to create new rules.
