i know this comment isnt related to the video itslef but i just like to say that gamers are now competitive these days now they dont realize the fun theyre having in video games (im not referring to you culveyhouse) others players want to be on top of their game like to be the #1 on the leaderboard other players want to get the achivements at all cost but only few gamers in this world realize the word fun in video games. I just hope we could bring back the old gamers :(
Hey by the way culvey, you missed a power node in the playground, and you forgot to sell your semi-conductors for the second time. Thanks for the walkthrough.
@121Fritos1 oic, actually I'm using the ripper more and more now, getting to love how it handles close encounters... You think that I should keep the pulse rifle at all costs?
@culveyhouse good point. i would keep the ripper come to think about it. u seem to be fendding off well with out it and u really need a close range weapon.
@Finnen92 Oh my fault, actually I did sell them off-camera. My game crashed a few times right here, and I had to piece together footage from two separate "takes" . I'm still an amateur director, haha.
in the playground, you missed a node. it was up on the rockets. i noticed it immediately. one of the things about video-games is that you cant focus on only what your looking at. you have to scan the whole screen at all times. i found this helpful in both the halflife games, crysis and many other games where you really have to concentrate to get the full experience. i understand if your just making reviews but its a lot funner if you really concentrate and read all the logs on your first run. :)
@yarboots Darn, I knew I would inevitably miss something ... I tried to go back and grab it, but too late, this game likes to lock the linear hell out of doors that you pass through. :/
Great video. You made quick work of that brute. I have to admit, you play better on this hard difficulty than most do on normal. Btw, the reviews for two towers came out. Still plan on doing that game?
@nofear1080 Thanks, that's quite a compliment, especially since it still feels like I'm still clueless about how to do survival-shooters, lol. Definitely throw advice and tips my way if you think it will help. One thing I have to work on is not using up so much ammo on each monster.
@nofear1080 Are you sure he's playing on hard? Looks like easy or medium to me. If you watch, he get's full on nailed by the brute and suffers minimal health loss. I played this on zealot difficulty (PS3) and if the brute so much as breathes on you, you are dead.
you were right to sell the pulse rifle, its the suckiest weapon in the game. personally i like the line gun

I would have gotten rid of the Ripper becuase u dont use it and the Pulse Rifle is the only Fully automatic weapon u have.
