Yeah, there were people at that first day that I'd have made more of an effort to talk to if I knew they weren't going to be there later on. And hell yeah, it was a lot to process all at once! Hard to be cool when your head is spinning!
Oh the post-gathering blues are SO hard to take. You must be suffering more than most. Don't you just want to hug everyone sooo much?

LOL! Berlin is probably one of the few places you could get them in Germany. I know there's an Australian shop in Frankfurt. I have some left over too - you could have taken them!

OK with the Vegemite, buy a small jar. You use so little it takes forever to get through. I'd recommend it on white toast with lots of butter and a cup of tea after drinking a lot the night before. Watch YT videos to see how much to use.
I looked at their list & I'd try two candy bars, Violet Crumble which is 'honeycomb' in milk chocolate, and Cherry Ripe which is cherry & coconut in dark chocolate. Yay!

Tim Tams are Australian chocolate cookies. When you suck a hot drink through them, the chocolate melts and it is an experience that should be illegal, it's that good.

Yes, we were eating Tim Tams, a particular type of chocolate biscuit you can only get in Australia. They're great if you suck coffee through them. Just search for Tim Tam on YT & you'll find 'How To' videos, or just wait for me to post the full footage.
