What a bizarre story. This crazy lady (Susan Baker) should have been locked up a long time ago. Who knows what REALLY happened to her long lost son. My Hinky Meter went off yesterday when I read the link to the Charley Project on your comments section.
Susan Baker was originally the "babysitter" for James Baker's son Paul. James had an affair with Susan. James divorced his wife "Lynda" and then married Susan. Paul was Susan's step-son.
Hopefully now the case regarding Paul will be re-opened and more charges down the road.
Why would the babysitter have written to the governor concerning the safety of the child and then stage an abduction with the help of the child's mother? It doesn't make any sense to me. Bizarre.
The baby has just been found alive and well in a box hidden under the babysitter's bed. The police plan to charge the babysitter and her husband. The mother of the child will also be charged. Police don't think at this time that the father of the child was involved. The babysitter is related to the baby's father. I'm glad the baby is safe.
I have to add what I heard on the AP video that it seems that Susan Baker and Shannon's father "Rusty Dedrick" are related. Not sure how true this is but it is mentioned in the AP Video.
They need to start digging around the old property for a cedar wooden box!!
