They both are tied to the number of viewers, which indicates how entertaining or how popular the videos are. I then realized there was a difference between the two. This difference is that the popular videos don't stand the test of time. This is not necessarily the case for all popular videos, but is true for many. What is popular today may not be tomorrow.
