The Bee has gone downhill. So many have quit or taken the buyouts. Circulation has been gutted. Customer service done by APAC that is in the Phillippines. Accounting is in India along with the E-Edition that is done by Olive Software. ALL distribution centers now independent contractors. Some of them bid so LOW that they can't hire the right people resulting in crappy delivery, which in turn has the custoemr call overseas becoming more angry resulting in cancellations.
