its kinda weird, I managed to get all scenarios after beating arcade mode with Neco Arc Chaos after unlocking him, but I didn't get Archetype: Earth after that...

Note that, if you leave the game on past a certain length of time (I've heard 24 hours, but I got it after about 12 to15 [hard to pinpoint, since I purposefully did it by leaving my console on in Practice Mode overnight]) and then beat Arcade with ANY character after that, it automatically unlocks all scenario data as well as the more standard non-story Boss Rush with any character (essentially allowing you to skip the initial beating it with Shiki).

There are certain glitches that have happened that have just given people Archetype:Earth without doing anything first, but one shouldn't count on that.

By the way, nearly all of the info on the Cheats section of GameFAQs for this game is a lie, and has been since THE DAY THIS CAME OUT and was never fixed (I was one of those on their board the first day discussing playthroughs and how we got things, and we laughed at that stuff).

Also, you can never get Neko/Mech and Kohaku/Mech in Arcade.

How did you get Archetype: Earth? I know that is finishing the arcade mode with all characters, but in arcade mode i can't get neko-arc & mech hisui and kohaku & mech hisui. how did you get them in arcade mode?

I got them after my 4th playthrough in arcade. On that playthrough I got all events unlocked as well as Akiha(short skirt), and the Mech and neko & mech and kohaku. The only difference from that playrhough and the others was the fact I didn't lose a match or a round.

The actual way to get Archetype:Earth is to first beat Boss Rush normal story with Tohno Shiki (which unlocks the ability to play Boss Rush without the fancy story with all other characters), and then beat that version of Boss Rush with any character without losing a single round (which is even more frustrating than it sounds).
