Danny is such a great player and I have the up-most respect for him, watching him make some incredible shots. But i must say the way he strokes annoys me. I'm not saying its bad because hes such a great shot (way better than i) but watching him stroke makes me want to jump out of my seat and pull hairs out of my head with a pair of tweezers.....

Looks like Danny got a bad roll on that 1 he missed to put charlie on the hill. shot of the match. Danny's a great guy. He's real friendly and a great player. He is also excellent for pool, because he is so marketable. I have been out of the pool world for a bunch of years. But i remember that SI did a piece on him and Lions Gate were gonna make a movie about him. I don't know if it went anywhere. It's a shame. Another great pool movie could help the sport, and Danny's got a great story.

cmon danny is a very respected player through out the pool world hes beaten almost everyone espically strickland, hes a remarkable character no doubt, there is a book published about him as the last great american pool hustler called running the table. They are all smooth great players but boring. Especially Immonen. Danny's gestures make it more interesting. McCready has smooth play but he does a lot of in between shot stuff that's fun too. That's what's missing from a lot of today's pool.
