Sorry about nitpicking, but Samus is a tank. Megaman wouldn't stand a chance against her at full power. (Power bombs, plasma wave ice beam, grav suit, the works.)

but samus also has immune to lava and can move in water without slowdown but and she has a beam that can

charge,freeze enemies,extend in size,go trough walls,penetrate enemies

but overall they are a in my opinion a tie

megaman absorbs powers from bosses he defeats which is 800+ in total thus he has attacks that are very powerful.Megaman also has gravity-based attacks and he could stop time.logic says megaman wins:P
